About Impact Vets
Our Mission
Impact Ventures Corporation, also known as impactvets.org, is a Veteran Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of military families, Veterans, and first responders.
Our mission is to create a holistically designed campus that promotes community engagement, physical and mental health stability. The services we provide will
empower military families, Veterans and first responders to take control of their lives and mental health while building a healthier and more fulfilling future.
Our Team
George Sahady
President and Director
An economist and project manager with a background in economic development, energy, and trade. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including solar development and international trade, insurance and consulting. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Northeastern University in economics and statistics. He has also taught economics at the college level.
David Zisskind
Director of Operations
With over 20 years in strategic and operational management, specializing in real estate development and construction technology. David has managed projects of up to 109 units and developed 3D printing innovations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Syracuse University.
Barry Donovan
Director of Housing Development
A U.S. Navy veteran with a diverse background in culinary management, HVAC sales, finance, and leadership roles in veteran organizations. Barry has developed housing proposals and negotiated real estate contracts.
