Leonard is an experienced military veteran, operations management and Logistics expert with over 10 of CRE developer, strategic thinker, and innovation-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in real estate development, CRE operations, and advanced construction technologies. His expertise lies in bridging cutting-edge innovation with practical execution, particularly in large-scale housing and mixed-use development initiatives.
In his career, Leonard has successfully overseen the planning, zoning, budgeting, and execution of projects ranging from small adaptive reuse to major residential developments of up to 109 units., demonstrating a deep understanding of both market dynamics and operational execution.
