Join Us in Making a Lasting Difference
Your support honors the sacrifice our veterans made for this country. Together, we can give back by providing them with the safe, stable, and supportive homes they’ve earned.

Dear Supporter,
Across the country, thousands of veterans—men and women and their families who once wore the uniform in defense of our freedoms—now face the harsh reality of housing insecurity which may lead to homelessness. At Impact Veterans Housing Initiative, we believe that no one who served our country should be without a safe place to call home.
We are raising the seed funds to launch a veteran housing project that will offer not just affordable apartments, but a full spectrum of life-enhancing services—including access to a medical clinic, computer lab, fitness center, dining facilities, walking trails, and more. This community is designed to provide stability, dignity, and opportunity to veterans, seniors, and those in transition.
We’re not alone in this mission. The lack of affordable housing causes serious social stability problems for veterans transitioning to civilian life contributing to the increased rate of veteran suicide which is 1.5 times higher among all veterans and 2.1 times higher among female veterans compared with the general population. The U.S. government has made ending veteran housing insecurity and homelessness a national priority. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), set a goal to place at least 76,000 veterans into permanent housing by December 2025. This commitment is a call to action—and with your support, we can be part of the solution.
VA programs have made progress but face gaps in funding, mental health support, and case management. IVC’s approach bridges these gaps by combining public resources with private investment and philanthropic support, creating sustainable communities that reduce public costs and strengthen local economies.
Help End Veteran Housing Insecurity
- In 2024, nearly 32,900 veterans experienced homelessness nationwide.
- Over 1.5 million veteran households spend more than half their income on housing.
- Veterans of color face especially severe housing cost burdens.
Our Solution
Impact Vets is developing veteran-centered affordable housing communities that provide not just homes, but the foundation for stable, healthy lives. Each IVC community integrates:
- Affordable, high-quality housing designed for veterans, including those with service-connected disabilities.
- Counseling & career support to overcome employment and social barriers.
- Educational enrichment to build digital and vocational skills.
- Entrepreneurship programs with mentorship and micro-grants to help veterans launch or grow small businesses.
Your contribution today will directly support the development of this initiative—from securing land and architectural planning to launching outreach and partnership-building efforts. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to creating a vibrant, supportive campus for our nation’s heroes.
Please give today. Together, we can honor their service with real solutions—and a place to call home. With gratitude,
The Impact Veterans Housing Team
